Meanwhile, the second dose vaccination coverage had reached 55.14 percent of the target by the same date.
Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group had a target of 9,445 participants. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 9,445 individuals (121.19 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 114.85 percent or 10,850 individuals were vaccinated.
For public officials, the target was 111,640 individuals. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 98,550 individuals (88.27 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 78.79 percent, or 87,960 individuals.
For the elderly, the target was 89,150 individuals. For the first dose, it was administered to 67,150 individuals (75.32 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 45.82 percent, or 40,840 individuals.
For the vulnerable general public, the target was 715,280 individuals. For the first dose, vaccination was reportedly administered to 517,900 individuals (72.55 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 48.1 percent, or 343,150 individuals.
Another target group was adolescents aged 12-17 years. The target in this region was 163,720 individuals. For the first dose, it was administered to 125,620 individuals (76.73 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 54.1 percent, or 88,580 individuals.
