The number of people in Aceh who have received their first dose of the vaccine has reached 2.74 million.

As of Monday, January 3, 2022, Aceh Province has achieved a 67.9% vaccination rate for the first dose. This equates to 2.74 million vaccine recipients out of a target of 4.03 million people. The second dose vaccination rate has reached 29.79% of the target.

By target group, the vaccination details to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 56,470 recipients. For the first dose, 56,470 people were vaccinated (116.53% of the target), and for the second dose, 107.39% or 36,810 people were vaccinated.

For public sector workers, the target was 478,490 people. The first dose vaccination reached 281,830 people (58.9% of the target), and the second dose reached 48.49%, or 232,000 people.

For the elderly, the target was 339,120 people. The first dose was administered to 206,160 people (60.79% of the target). The second dose reached only 16.27%, or 55,180 people.

For the vulnerable general public, the target was 2.58 million people. The first dose was administered to 1.82 million people (70.79% of the target). The second dose reached only 26.71%, or 684,460 people.

For adolescents aged 12-17 years, the target was 577,010 people. The first dose was administered to 352,940 people (61.17% of the target). The second dose reached only 28.39%, or 163,820 people.
