Several districts/cities in Southeast Sulawesi province still record a relatively low level of second dose vaccination compared to other regions. Some of these districts/cities include Muna Regency, East Kolaka Regency, and North Buton Regency.
As of yesterday's data, these three regions have only completed 156,080 second doses out of the targeted 308,520 vaccine recipients in their vaccination program.
Muna Regency is ranked first. As of yesterday, the second dose vaccination in this region has only reached 49.79 percent, the lowest among the other 17 districts/cities. Meanwhile, the first dose has reached 81.26 percent, or 219,750 vaccine recipients.
This district/city's vaccination program targets 163,270 participants. According to the Ministry of Health's data, the average vaccination rate last week in Muna was 263 participants. The remaining vaccine stock is currently 6,460 doses.
Next is East Kolaka Regency. For the second dose vaccination, this region has the second lowest rate. With a target of 95,133 vaccine recipients, 51.1 percent or 48,616 recipients have been vaccinated.
The first dose achievement is recorded at 66.45 percent, or 116,820 vaccine recipients. According to the Ministry of Health's data, the average vaccination rate last week in East Kolaka was 169 participants. The available vaccine stock is currently 18,940 doses.
Lastly, North Buton Regency is ranked third. With a target of 50,119 vaccine recipients, 52.24 percent or 26,180 recipients have received the second dose. According to the Ministry of Health's data, the average vaccination rate last week in North Buton was 71 participants. The currently available vaccine stock is 8,417 doses.
At the provincial level, the total first dose vaccination in Southeast Sulawesi has reached 77.97 percent, or 1.79 million vaccine recipients. The second dose vaccination has reached 56.56 percent, covering 1.3 million vaccine recipients.
