Daily Price of Curly Red Chili Peppers at Modern Markets, February 2024-2025

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of curly red chilies in Aceh Province's modern markets is recorded at Rp83,900 per kg. This price remains unchanged compared to the previous day and the last week.

However, compared to the last month, the daily price of curly red chilies in modern markets has increased from Rp35,000 per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily price of curly red chilies in modern markets in Aceh over the last three months has increased by 76.26% from the previous price of Rp47,600 per kg.

The record high for the daily price of curly red chilies in modern markets in this province was previously recorded in June 2022 with an increase of 118.75%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in June 2020 with a decrease of -52.38%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Aceh show two commodities decreased and 17 others increased. The basic commodities with decreased prices are green chilies and chilies.

6. Medium-sized Garlic per kg: Rp56,500 (up 13%)
7. Chilies per kg: Rp75,600 (down 5.5%)
8. Rice per kg: Rp15,550 (up 0.32%)
9. Granulated Sugar per kg: Rp19,350 (up 1.04%)
10. Medium-sized Shallots per kg: Rp57,500 (up 38.55%)

12. Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1 per kg: Rp21,200 (up 2.91%)
13. Fresh Layer Eggs per kg: Rp35,000 (up 2.49%)
