As of Thursday, November 18, 2021, a total of 221.15 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered nationwide. This includes 132.3 million first doses, 86.51 million second doses, and 2.34 million doses administered through community-based vaccination programs.
A total of 2.03 million healthcare workers have received their first dose (138.05% of the target). 1.92 million healthcare workers have received their second dose (130.75% of the target). Furthermore, 1.2 million healthcare workers have received a third dose (81.61% of the target).
For public sector workers, 28.02 million individuals have received their first dose (161.69% of the target), and 23.65 million have received their second dose (136.49% of the target).
Initially, the elderly were prioritized. To date, 10.63 million elderly individuals have received their first dose (49.34% of the target), and 6.64 million have received their second dose (30.8% of the target).
Starting in July 2021, the government also targeted vulnerable and general populations. For this group, 71.09 million individuals have received their first dose (51.22% of the target), and 41.14 million have received their second dose (29.91% of the target).
Finally, for adolescents aged 12-17 years, 19.29 million have received their first dose (72.24% of the target), and 12.06 million have received their second dose (45.15% of the target).
