The COVID-19 transmission situation in Malang appears to be unimproved. This is indicated by the number of cases this week, which is still higher than the previous week's figure of 0.7 cases per 100,000 people per week.
Next in second place is the city of Malang, recording a weekly confirmation rate of 1.24 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. Compared to last week, the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases this week is still higher, meaning no improvement is evident.
Rounding out the top five, besides the two areas above, are the cities of Madiun, Pasuruan, and Mojokerto, recording weekly confirmations of 1.12 cases, 1.02 cases, and 0.76 cases, respectively.
