The top five, starting from the highest, are Simalungun, Mandailing Natal, North Padang Lawas, Pangandaran, and Balangan, with ratios of 91.64 percent, 82.37 percent, 71.86 percent, 70.18 percent, and 57.14 percent, respectively.
Simalungun is ranked first. With a population of 877.7 million people, the weekly suspect testing percentage here is recorded at 91.64 percent. The latest positive rate is 0 percent. The positive rate in this region has decreased compared to the previous week's ratio.
Next is Mandailing Natal. The population in this region is recorded at 460.4 million people. In an effort to prevent the Covid-19 pandemic, the weekly suspect testing percentage is 82.37 percent. The positive rate in this region is recorded at 0 percent, or has decreased compared to the previous week's ratio.
Furthermore, Padang Lawas Utara recorded 71.86 percent testing, Pangandaran recorded 70.18 percent, and Balangan recorded 57.14 percent.
Anticipating the impact of Omicron in various regions, based on the recapitulation of national Covid data, there are 172 districts/cities in Indonesia that actively report a higher weekly suspect testing percentage than before.
