The number of people in Maluku who have received their first dose of the vaccine is 930,670.

As of Thursday, January 27, 2022, the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination coverage in Maluku province has reached 65.65 percent. This equates to 930,670 vaccine recipients out of a target of 1.42 million people. Meanwhile, the second dose vaccination has reached 34.74 percent of the target.

Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group has a target of 14,260 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 14,260 people (114.7 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 104.13 percent or 7,037 people were vaccinated.

Public sector workers have a target of 174,710 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 125,450 people (71.81 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 56.69 percent, or 99,050 people.

The elderly target is 127,310 people. For the first dose, it has been administered to 62,900 people (49.41 percent of the target). The second dose has only reached 25.3 percent, or 32,200 people.

The vulnerable general public target is 885,530 people. For the first dose, vaccination has reportedly been administered to 546,380 people (61.86 percent of the target). The second dose has only reached 29.51 percent, or 260,990 people.
