This figure is equivalent to 1.79 million vaccine recipients out of a target of 2.3 million people. Meanwhile, the second dose vaccination has reached 56.56 percent of the target.
Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group had a target of 20,440 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 20,440 people (130.08 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 125.66 percent or 25,680 people were vaccinated.
For public service personnel, the target was 247,010 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 168,730 people (68.31 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 59.91 percent, or 147,980 people.
For the elderly, the target was 157,300 people. For the first dose, 98,810 people were vaccinated (62.82 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 43.7 percent, or 68,740 people.
For the vulnerable general public, the target was 1.28 million people. For the first dose, vaccination was reportedly given to 1.02 million people (80.76 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 57.84 percent, or 724,010 people.
Another target group was adolescents aged 12-17 years, with a target of 296,410 people. For the first dose, 273,500 people were vaccinated (92.27 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 68 percent, or 201,570 people.
