Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group has a target of 32,390 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 32,390 people (134.72% of the target), and for the second dose, 130.91% or 42,400 people were vaccinated.
Public sector workers have a target of 400,270 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 258,230 people (64.51% of the target), and the second dose reached 59.34%, or 237,500 people.
The elderly target group numbers 489,570 people. For the first dose, 509,850 people were vaccinated (104.14% of the target). The second dose vaccination reached 79.46%, or 389,030 people.
The general vulnerable population target is 2.9 million people. For the first dose, vaccination was reportedly given to 2.5 million people (86.54% of the target). The second dose reached 68.24%, or 1.97 million people.
Another target group is adolescents aged 12-17 years, with a target of 589,720 people. The first dose vaccination reached 594,080 people (100.74% of the target). The second dose reached 84.37%, or 497,540 people.
