65.46% of the first dose of COVID-19 vaccinations have been achieved in Yogyakarta Special Region.

As of Wednesday, September 8, 2021, 65.46 percent of the target population in Yogyakarta province has received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. This equates to 1.89 million people out of a target of 2.88 million. The second dose has reached 29.24 percent of the target.

By target group, the vaccination details to combat the COVID-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 33,800 individuals. For the first dose, 33,800 people were vaccinated (117.74 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 110.56 percent or 37,370 people were vaccinated.

For public service workers, the target was 334,750 individuals. The first dose reached 985,090 individuals (294.27 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 126.47 percent, or 423,370 individuals.

For the elderly, the target was 472,850 individuals. The first dose was administered to 255,000 individuals (53.93 percent of the target). The second dose reached 33.05 percent, or 156,260 individuals.

For the vulnerable general public, the target was 1.73 million individuals. The first dose was administered to 524,880 individuals (30.95 percent of the target). The second dose reached 10.7 percent, or 176,090 individuals.

For adolescents aged 12-17 years, the target was 311,600 individuals. The first dose was administered to 70,800 individuals (22.72 percent of the target). The second dose reached 12.96 percent, or 40,390 individuals.
