National COVID-19 vaccination as of Sunday, November 21, 2021, has reached 226.09 million doses. This includes 134.46 million first doses, 89.27 million second doses, and 2.36 million doses for the community-based vaccination program.
A total of 2.02 million healthcare workers have received the first dose, or 137.4% of the target. 1.91 million healthcare workers have received the second dose, or 130.35% of the target. For healthcare workers, the government also recommends a third dose, which has been administered to 1.2 million healthcare workers, or 81.96% of the target.
For public service workers, 24.62 million people have received the first dose, or 142.07% of the target. Of this number, 20.93 million people, or 120.79% of the target, have received the second dose.
In the first phase, the government also prioritized elderly individuals. However, to date, only 10.91 million, or 50.62% of the target, have received the first dose. 6.85 million, or 31.77% of the target, have received the second dose.
Starting in July 2021, the government also targeted vaccination for vulnerable and general population groups. For this group, 72.77 million people, or 52.41% of the target, have received the first dose. 43.02 million, or 31.26% of the target, have received the second dose.
Finally, another vaccination target group is adolescents aged 12-17 years. A total of 22.9 million people in this group, or 85.75% of the target, have received the first dose. Of this number, 15.44 million people, or 57.82% of the target, have received the second dose.
