This is evident from the results of a survey conducted by the Katadata Insight Center (KIC), in collaboration with Change.org and Kawal Covid-19, released on Wednesday, September 22, 2021.

According to the survey, 32.8% of respondents received their coronavirus vaccine at government-run central or regional vaccination centers. 21.8% of respondents chose public health centers (puskesmas) for their vaccination.

17.2% of respondents received their coronavirus vaccine at vaccination centers organized by restaurants, universities, or other private companies. Furthermore, 14.4% received their vaccine at hospitals.

9.2% of respondents received their coronavirus vaccine at their workplace. 2% received their vaccine at private clinics, 0.7% at stations, airports, or terminals, 0.5% at police stations, 0.4% at military facilities, and 1.1% at other locations.

This online survey was conducted among 8,299 respondents from August 6-22, 2021. Of these, 6,468 respondents stated that they had received a coronavirus vaccine.
