On the other hand, as many as 41.3% of respondents do not know the exact date of the implementation of the Mandatory Halal policy at all.

KIC conducted this survey online from October 7-12, 2026, involving 1,000 respondents aged 17 and above spread across 37 provinces in Indonesia.

This study used quota sampling techniques in each province based on the proportion of the population according to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS).

Potential respondents were selected randomly, and the survey link was then sent directly to the potential respondents.
