Simalungun ranks first. With a population of 880,300, its weekly suspect testing percentage is recorded at 93.47 percent. The latest positive rate is 2.19 percent. The positive rate in this region has decreased compared to the previous week's ratio.
Next is Mandailing Natal. The population of this region is recorded at 463,910. In an effort to prevent the Covid-19 pandemic, the weekly suspect testing percentage is 84.69 percent. The positive rate in this region is recorded at 0 percent, having decreased compared to the previous week's ratio.
Furthermore, Tidore Islands City recorded 82.11 percent, Pangandaran recorded 75.41 percent, and East Lombok recorded 74.38 percent in weekly suspect testing percentages.
Anticipating the impact of Omicron in various regions, based on the national Covid-19 data recapitulation, 128 regencies/cities in Indonesia actively reported a higher daily weekly suspect testing percentage than before.
