Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group has a target of 19,930 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 19,930 people (124.43 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 120.98 percent or 18,230 people were vaccinated.
Public sector workers have a target of 198,970 people. The first dose vaccination has reportedly reached 255,250 people (128.28 percent of the target), and the second dose has reached 116.01 percent, or 230,830 people.
For the elderly, the target is 141,020 people. For the first dose, it has been administered to 90,250 people (64 percent of the target). For the second dose, only 35.24 percent, or 49,690 people, have been vaccinated.
For the vulnerable general public, the target is 1.39 million people. For the first dose, vaccination has reportedly been administered to 944,670 people (72.06 percent of the target). For the second dose, only 35.28 percent, or 437,100 people, have been vaccinated.
Another target group is adolescents aged 12-17 years. The target in this region is 283,580 people. For the first dose, 218,640 people have been vaccinated (77.1 percent of the target). For the second dose, 58.98 percent, or 167,260 people, have been vaccinated.
