Average Schooling Duration in Kapuas Hulu Reaches 8.04 Years in 2025

The average schooling duration (ASD) of residents aged 25 and over in Kapuas Hulu, West Kalimantan reached 8.04 years in 2025.

Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the ASD of the region's residents was below the West Kalimantan provincial average of 8.07 years in 2025.

The ASD of Kapuas Hulu residents increased by 0.01 years (0.12%) compared to the previous year, which was 8.03 years. Meanwhile, over the last five years, the ASD has risen by 0.52 years (6.91%).

This ASD indicates that the average Kapuas Hulu resident only attends school up to the 8th grade level. However, this ASD is still below the national average ASD of 9.07 years in 2025.
