Based on target groups, the vaccination details to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group had a target of 112,300 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 112,300 people (164.25 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 157.08 percent or 176,410 people were vaccinated.
Public service workers had a target of 1.98 million people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 2.58 million people (129.96 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 112.58 percent, or 2.23 million people.
The elderly target was 761,280 people. For the first dose, it was administered to 775,290 people (101.84 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 91.26 percent, or 694,750 people.
The target for the vulnerable general public was 4.54 million people. For the first dose, vaccination was reportedly administered to 6.42 million people (146.45 percent of the target). The second dose reached 114.54 percent, or 4.98 million people.
Another target group was adolescents aged 12-17 years, with a target of 1 million people. The first dose was administered to 1.14 million people (113.97 percent of the target). The second dose reached 96.11 percent, or 961,240 people.
