Silver Price Drops to US$86,398 /Troy Ounce Level (Monday, February 23, 2026)

The silver price for transactions on Monday, February 23, 2026, fell. Today's silver trading price was recorded at US$86,398 per troy ounce. This figure is lower than the previous day's trading which was at US$86,949 per troy ounce. The current condition is similar to the movement of silver prices in the last day which is in a declining trend.

Over the past week, silver price movements rose 13.25% with an average daily trading price of US$80.1 per troy ounce. Meanwhile, compared to the position 30 days ago, silver price movements have grown by -14.74%. Meanwhile, so far this year, the highest trading value for the silver commodity was ever transacted at a price of US$115.15 per troy ounce which occurred on Monday, January 26, 2026.

The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) also noted that Indonesia had silver ore reserves of 2.8 billion tons in 2020. The reserve life is estimated to last until 214 years (2234).

Some silver-producing regions in Indonesia include Bengkalis Regency (Riau), Bontang City (East Kalimantan), Laut Island (South Kalimantan), Sambas Regency (West Kalimantan), and Bolaang Mongondow Regency (North Sulawesi).
