Several districts/cities in West Java province still record relatively low second-dose vaccination rates compared to other areas. Some of these districts/cities include Subang Regency, Kuningan Regency, and Indramayu Regency.
As of yesterday's vaccination program data, these three regencies had only completed 2.64 million second doses out of the expected target of 3.67 million vaccine recipients.
Subang Regency is ranked first in terms of the lowest vaccination rate. As of yesterday, the second-dose vaccination in this region has reached 71.8%. This is the lowest figure compared to the other 27 districts/cities. The first dose has reached 92.9%, or 2.27 million vaccine recipients.
The vaccination program in this regency targets 1.29 million participants. According to the Ministry of Health's data, the average vaccination rate last week in Subang was None participants. The remaining vaccine stock is currently recorded at 111,130 doses.
Next is Kuningan Regency. For the second dose, this region has the second-lowest rate. With a target of 922,960 vaccine recipients, 71.83% or 662,980 recipients have been vaccinated.
The first dose has reached 92.65%, or 1.59 million vaccine recipients. According to the Ministry of Health's data, the average vaccination rate last week in Kuningan was 3,608 participants. The currently available vaccine stock is 107,520 doses.
Indramayu Regency is ranked third. With a target of 1.46 million vaccine recipients, 71.85% or 1.05 million recipients have received the second dose. According to the Ministry of Health's data, the average vaccination rate last week in Indramayu was None participants. The currently available vaccine stock is 184,040 doses.
At the provincial level, the total first-dose vaccination in West Java has reached 93.36%, or 35.39 million vaccine recipients. The second-dose vaccination has reached 77.67%, covering 29.44 million vaccine recipients.
