Dari 8 nominasi, film karya Christopher Nolan itu sukses menyabet 5 piala di kategori Best Motion Picture, Best Director, Best Actor Motion Picture untuk Cillian Murphy, Best Supporting Actor untuk Robert Downey Jr., dan Best Score Motion Picture.

Adapun film Barbie, yang penayangannya bersamaan dengan Oppenheimer, meraih 2 piala di kategori Cinematic and Box Office Achievement serta Best Song Motion Picture berkat lagu What Was I Made For? yang dilantunkan Billie Eilish.
