Imports of oil seeds and oleaginous fruits from the United States are currently among the largest. Indonesia imported US$912.71 million worth of these products. Other major suppliers of oil seeds and oleaginous fruits to Indonesia include India, Canada, China, and Sudan.
4. Residues and waste from the food industry
Imports of residues and waste from the food industry amounted to US$553.49 million, an increase compared to the previous period's US$524.2 million. Indonesia imports these products from 56 countries. Imports from the United States rank third. Other top five suppliers include Brazil, Argentina, China, and Thailand.
5. Cereals
Indonesia imported US$378.12 million worth of cereals (Trademap HS code 10), slightly lower than the previous period's US$378.49 million. Indonesia imports cereals from 26 countries. The United States ranks fourth among the top suppliers, with other major suppliers including Argentina, Ukraine, Canada, and Thailand.
