According to a survey report by Alvara Research Center, internet addicts or addicted users are most prevalent among Generation Z.

In this survey, an internet addicted user is defined as someone who uses the internet for more than 7 hours a day.

Respondents from Generation Z who accessed the internet for 7-10 hours/day reached 20.9%. Meanwhile, this figure was 13.7% for Millennials and only 7.1% for Generation X.
