Top 5 Most Popular Beverage Maker Brands on Southeast Asian E-commerce in 2025

According to TMO Group, which analyzed e-commerce data from Shopee and Lazada, the concentration of popular small kitchen appliance brands in the beverage maker category in Southeast Asia remained low in April 2025.

However, TMO Group stated that imported brands showed strong competitiveness, with coffee machines from the United States brand, Duchess, proving particularly popular.

Below is the market share of the top 5 popular small kitchen appliance brands in the beverage maker category on Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms in April 2025:

1. Duchess (United States): 8%
2. SKG (Thailand): 4.9%
3. Nespresso (Switzerland): 2.3%
4. Gemilai (China): 1.9%
5. Oggi (Thailand): 1.8%

TMO Group explained that local and Chinese brands showed impressive sales results. SKG and Oggi are also active in the local market as Thai brands.

Furthermore, within the beverage maker category, two subcategories had the largest market share:

• Coffee machines and accessories: 68.7%
• Electric kettles: 31.3%

TMO Group stated that the data shows a correlation with the status of Southeast Asian countries, such as Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines, as major global coffee producers.

In addition, coffee culture is deeply rooted in the societies of these three countries.

“With the accelerating pace of urbanization, consumer demand for convenient, high-quality coffee continues to rise. This is driving sales of home coffee machines, which account for approximately 68.7% of the market share,” TMO Group explained in its June 2025 publication.
