According to theAsianparent Insights survey, Instagram was the most widely used social media platform among mothers in Indonesia in 2024.

Eighty-eight percent of respondent mothers reported using the application. Facebook (52%), TikTok (45%), and X (13%) followed.

"On Instagram, mothers enjoy browsing videos and stories on their feed or explore page to find inspiration and ideas for their homes and personal lives. Uploading their own photos and videos is now less common among mothers," stated theAsianparent Insights.

This online survey utilized purposive random sampling, involving 1,000 respondents with interview durations of 15-20 minutes.

Respondents were women aged 18 to 40 and above, with children, residing in Indonesia, and representing various socioeconomic groups.
