The Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Jambi City, Jambi reached 95.03 points in 2025.

This figure increased by 0.79 points compared to the previous year and rose by 7.95 points over the past five years.

Quoting from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) publication on Provincial and Regency/City IKK 2025, IKK is a price index that describes the level of construction costliness of a regency/city compared to the price in the reference city, namely Surabaya.

The higher the IKK figure in a regency/city, the higher the construction cost of a building in that area.
