Construction Cost Index of Purwakarta Regency, West Java Reaches 107.59 Points in 2025

The Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Purwakarta Regency, West Java stood at 107.59 points in 2025.

This figure increased by 2.7 points compared to last year and rose by 5.16 points over the past five years.

Quoting the publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) regarding the 2025 Provincial and Regency/City IKK, IKK is a price index that describes the level of construction costliness of a regency/city compared to the price in the reference city, namely Surabaya.

The higher the IKK figure in a regency/city, the higher the construction cost of a building in that area.

Based on that definition, the 107.59-point IKK of Purwakarta Regency indicates that the building construction cost in the area is equivalent to 1.076 times the construction cost in Surabaya.
