This figure increased by 0.54 points compared to the previous year and rose by 6.5 points in the last five years.

According to the publication by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) on the Provincial and Regency/City IKK 2025, IKK is a price index that illustrates the level of construction cost in a regency/city compared to prices in the reference city, Surabaya.

The higher the IKK figure in a regency/city, the higher the construction costs of a building in that area.
