Survey Indicator: Public Satisfaction with Jokowi's Performance Remains Relatively Static

The Indonesian Political Indicator survey shows that public satisfaction with President Joko Widodo's (Jokowi) performance has remained stagnant. The highest satisfaction rate, 72%, was recorded in September 2019. This figure then steadily declined, reaching its lowest point at 63% in February 2021.

The latest survey in April 2021 showed a slight increase in public satisfaction to 64%. This means that approximately 34.4% of respondents were still dissatisfied with the president's performance. The breakdown shows 3.4% were completely dissatisfied and 31% were somewhat dissatisfied. Meanwhile, 1.8% responded "don't know/didn't answer."

The latest survey was conducted from April 13th to 17th, 2021, involving 1,200 randomly selected respondents. The margin of error for this survey is approximately ±2.9% at a 95% confidence level.
