According to the Indonesian Center for Law and Policy Studies (PSHK), the number of draft bills (RUU) in the 2025 National Legislation Program (Prolegnas) Priorities changed from 41 to 52 draft bills.

As of November 27, 2025, PSHK clarified, the DPR announced the completion of 21 draft bills, consisting of 7 non-cumulative open draft bills and 14 cumulative open draft bills.
