These are the 7 parties that failed to enter the House of Representatives (Senayan).

The General Election Commission (KPU) announced in a plenary meeting that nine parties secured seats in parliament. The Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) won the 2019 legislative election (Pileg) with 19.38% of the vote. Of the 16 participating parties, only 9 surpassed the parliamentary threshold. Seven parties failed to gain representation in the House of Representatives (DPR).

These parties are Perindo (3.73 million votes, 2.67%), Berkarya (2.92 million votes, 2.09%), PSI (2.6 million votes, 1.89%), and Hanura (2.1 million votes, 1.54%). Furthermore, PBB received 0.79% (1 million votes), Garuda 0.5% (702 thousand votes), and PKPI 0.22% (312 thousand votes).

The parliamentary threshold only applies to representation in the DPR. Therefore, parties that did not secure seats in the House of Representatives still have the opportunity to place representatives in Provincial and City/Regency Regional Representative Councils (DPRD).
