This is a List of Overall ASEAN Para Games Champions Throughout History

The ASEAN Para Games have been held 10 times since 2001. In this biennial sporting event for athletes with physical disabilities, Thailand has dominated, winning the overall championship title the most times.

Throughout its history, Thailand has won the overall championship a total of six times: in 2003, 2005, 2008, 2009, 2011, and 2015.

After Thailand, Indonesia has won the overall championship the second most times. The Indonesian contingent has won three overall championships: in 2014, 2017, and 2022.

Malaysia has won one overall championship title, achieving this victory at the inaugural ASEAN Para Games in 2001.

This year, the ASEAN Para Games were held in Indonesia, specifically at the Manahan Stadium in Solo, Central Java, from July 30th to August 6th, 2022.

The Indonesian contingent won a total of 426 medals: 175 gold, 144 silver, and 107 bronze.
