LSI Survey: 88.7% of the Public Satisfied with Erick Thohir's Performance at PSSI

Erick Thohir is the Chairman of the All Indonesian Football Association (PSSI), elected during the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) in February 2023.

According to a report by the Indonesian Survey Institute (LSI) titled *Our Football: Between Problems and Achievements*, only 52% of respondents were aware of Erick Thohir as the PSSI Chairman, while 48% were not.

"Among those who know (52%), the satisfaction level with his work or performance (Erick Thohir's) is very high. 88.7% stated they were satisfied with the performance of the PSSI leadership to date," said LSI Executive Director Djayadi Hanan in an online press conference on Sunday (20/8/2023).

The details show that 17.3% of respondents were very satisfied with Erick Thohir's performance as the new PSSI Chairman, and 71.4% were quite satisfied.

Furthermore, 8.6% of respondents stated they were dissatisfied with the performance of the new PSSI leadership, 0.3% were very dissatisfied, and 2.4% did not know or did not answer.

This survey involved 1,220 respondents aged 17 years and older or who were married. The sample was taken using a multistage random sampling method.

Data collection was conducted from August 3-9, 2023, using face-to-face interviews with professional interviewers. The survey has a margin of error of approximately 2.9% and a 95% confidence level.
