According to the Indikator survey institute, a majority of young people from the Gen Z and Millennial generations currently favor the Prabowo-Gibran presidential and vice-presidential ticket.

Among Gen Z respondents (aged 26 and under), 71.6% chose Prabowo-Gibran.

In the Millennial group (aged 27-42), a majority, or 47.8%, also chose this ticket.

The Indikator survey also found that Prabowo-Gibran received the most votes not only among young people but also among older age groups.

Among Gen X respondents (aged 43-58), 39.3% chose Prabowo-Gibran. In the Boomer group (aged 59 and over), 34.6% chose the same ticket.

Meanwhile, the Anies-Muhaimin and Ganjar-Mahfud tickets received fewer votes, as shown in the graph.

This Indikator survey involved 1,200 respondents with voting rights in the election, meeting the criteria of being at least 17 years old or married.

Respondents were proportionally distributed across all Indonesian provinces and selected using a multistage random sampling method.

The survey was conducted from January 10-16, 2024, through face-to-face interviews, with a margin of error of approximately 2.9% and a 95% confidence level.
