The issuer of the Djarum Group, PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk or Blibli, recorded a loss attributable to the owners of the parent entity of Rp2.28 trillion in 2025.
The loss shrank by about 10% compared to 2024 (year-on-year), when the loss reached Rp2.53 trillion.
The decline in the losses of this issuer with the code BELI was supported by its revenue, which grew by 33.77% (year-on-year) to Rp22.36 trillion in 2025.
The revenue growth occurred across all Blibli's business lines. In 2025, their institutional sales soared by 60.77% (year-on-year) to Rp9.03 trillion.
Then, revenue from online retail rose by 18.49% (year-on-year) to Rp8.67 trillion, and physical stores surged by 34.79% (year-on-year) to Rp7.59 trillion.
The CEO and Co-Founder of Blibli, Kusumo Martanto, stated that the company's positive performance was driven by an integrated omnichannel, one of which is through the launch of Integrated Membership and Blibli Tiket Rewards that connect Blibli, Tiket.com, Ranch Market, and Dekoruma in one ecosystem.
"We believe that our integrated omnichannel model - which reaches consumers online, in stores, and through hybrid journeys - is well-suited to navigate this landscape and capture value as the market evolves," said Kusumo in a press release on Monday (30/3/2026).
In addition, Blibli also expanded its network of consumer and household electronics stores to 269 locations in 2025, an increase from 204 locations in 2024.
By the end of 2025, BELI had assets worth Rp17.8 trillion, growing by 10.13% (year-on-year).
