Not Bitcoin: These Are the Large-Cap Cryptocurrencies That Skyrocketed in November 2021

The Chinese government's crackdown on cryptocurrency miners caused cryptocurrency prices to plummet mid-month. However, several large-cap cryptocurrencies still managed to record gains.

According to Coinbase, Crypto.com Coin led the price increase among large-cap cryptocurrencies throughout November 2021. This cryptocurrency, with the code CRO, was traded at Rp 9,919.18 per coin on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, until 3 PM WIB. The price of CRO increased by 210.59% compared to the end of the previous month.

Other large-cap cryptocurrencies that recorded price increases in the last month include Avalanche (AVAX), which rose by 82.05% to Rp 1.68 million per coin; Solana (SOL), which rose by 1.49% to Rp 2.89 million per coin; and Ethereum (ETH), which rose by 0.65% to Rp 63.31 million per coin.

Meanwhile, the price of Bitcoin (BTC), the benchmark and icon of cryptocurrencies, fell by 8.53% in one month to Rp 810.68 million per coin. Similarly, Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC) fell by 8.54% to Rp 810.87 million per coin.

The price of Polkadot (DOT) throughout November also fell by 18.16% to Rp 513,200 per coin. Next is Cardano (ADA), whose price also fell by 21.91% to Rp 22,290 per coin, followed by Dogecoin (DOGE), which corrected by 24.35% to Rp 3,100 per coin, and Shiba Inu (SHIB), which also fell by 35.77% to Rp 0.6836 per coin.

These ten cryptocurrencies had a combined market capitalization of over Rp 200 trillion on November 30, 2021. BTC had the largest market capitalization, reaching Rp 15.31 quadrillion.
