Data from the Ministry of Finance shows that 20 conglomerates still owe the government receivables related to the disbursement of Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance (BLBI). The total debt of these tycoons amounted to Rp 30.43 trillion as of December 2020. Several of these conglomerates have been summoned by the Task Force for Handling State Receivables from BLBI Funds.
The following is a list of conglomerates that must repay their BLBI receivables:
1. Kaharudin Ongko
The conglomerate with the largest outstanding state receivables is Kaharudin Ongko. Ongko's debt amounts to Rp 8.19 trillion in the context of shareholder liability settlement (PKPS). The details are Rp 7.83 trillion related to ownership of Bank Umum Nasional (BUN) and Rp 359.45 billion related to ownership of Bank Arya Panduarta (Bank with Frozen Business Activities/BBKU).
2. Triyono Gondokusumo
Triyono has an outstanding debt of Rp 4.89 trillion in the context of shareholder liability settlement (PKPS) related to his share ownership in Bank Putra Surya Perkasa (PSP).
3. David Nusa Wijaya/Tarunojoyo Nusa
David and Tarunojoyo have an outstanding debt of Rp 4.31 trillion related to their ownership of Bank Servitia.
4. Setiawan Harjono/Hendarawan Harjono
Setiawan and Hendrawan Harjono have an outstanding debt of Rp 3.58 trillion related to their ownership of Bank Aspac (BBKU).
5. Samadikun Hartono
Samadikun Hartono has an outstanding debt of Rp 2.52 trillion related to his ownership of Bank Modern.
6. Hindarto Tantular/Anton Tantular
Hindarto and Anton Tantular have an outstanding debt of Rp 1.47 trillion in the context of shareholder liability settlement (PKPS) related to their ownership of Bank Central Dagang (BBKU).
7. Sujanto Gondokusumo
Sujanto Gondokusumo has an outstanding debt of Rp 822.25 billion related to his ownership of Bank Dharmala (BBKU).
8. Marimutu Sinivasan
Marimutu Sinivasan has an outstanding debt of Rp 790.56 billion related to his ownership of Bank Putra Multikarsa.
9. Hengki Wijaya
Hengki Wijaya has an outstanding debt of Rp 596.79 billion related to his ownership of Bank Tata Internasional.
10. Agus Anwar
Agus Anwar has an outstanding debt of Rp 577.81 billion related to his ownership of Bank Pelita Istismarat.
11. I.M Sudiarta/IGD Darmawan
I.M Sudiarta and IGD Darmawan have an outstanding government receivable of Rp 509.97 billion in the context of PKPS related to their ownership of Bank Aken.
12. Sjamsul Nursalim
Sjamsul Nursalim has an outstanding debt of Rp 470.66 billion related to his ownership of Bank Dewa Rutji (BBKU).
13. Ulung Bursa
Ulung Bursa has an outstanding debt of Rp 424.66 billion related to his ownership of Bank Lautan Berlian.
14. Santoso Sumali
Santoso Sumali has an outstanding debt of Rp 406 billion related to his ownership of Bank Bahari.
15. Lidia Muchtar
Lidia Muchtar has an outstanding debt of Rp 188.48 billion related to her ownership of Bank Tamara.
16. Baringin Marulam Hasiholan Panggabean & Joseph Januaridy
Baringin and Joseph have an outstanding debt of Rp 170.14 billion in the context of PKPS related to their ownership of Bank Namura.
17. Atang Latif
