Top 10 Banks with the Highest Mortgage Interest Rates in Indonesia

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) reports that Bank Sahabat Sampoerna sets its base lending rate (BLR) for Home Ownership Loans (HOL) at 16.5% per annum. This interest rate is the highest compared to other conventional banks.

The next highest HOL interest rate is from Bank Capital Indonesia Tbk, at 14.24% per annum, followed by Bank Pembangunan Daerah Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) at 13.13% per annum.

Next are Bank Amar Indonesia at 13% per annum, and Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sulawesi Utara dan Gorontalo at 12.9%.

Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk also has a relatively high HOL BLR, at 12.75% per annum.

This is followed by Bank Jtrust Indonesia Tbk with a HOL interest rate of 12.05% per annum, Bank Ganesha Tbk at 12% per annum, and Bank Mayapada International Tbk and Bank Seabank Indonesia at 11.9% and 11.8% per annum, respectively.
