These 10 LinkedIn Jobs Showed Explosive Growth Over the Past 4 Years

The World Economic Forum (WEF) processed research from LinkedIn regarding the fastest-growing job openings over the past four years (2018-2022).

LinkedIn's research, titled "Future of Jobs Report 2023," compiled 100 jobs exhibiting the fastest, most consistent, and global growth during this period. These jobs are known as "jobs on the rise."

The WEF compiled a top 10 list of the fastest-growing jobs.

First is the talent acquisition associate, responsible for finding the best candidates for a company, with a 53% increase over the past four years. This position is similar to human resource development (HRD) focused on recruitment, but HRD is more involved in internal company matters.

Second is the sustainability analyst, focusing on corporate sustainability, with 45% growth over the past four years. Third is the sales development representative, focusing on product sales, also at 45%.

Fourth is the customer success analyst, focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction, at 43%.

Following are sustainability specialist; customer success associate; and growth marketing manager, all showing 42% growth.

The WEF highlights several sustainability and environmental positions among the 40 fastest-growing jobs, with three included in the above chart.

"This may indicate that the green transition is a significant and developing trend in the labor market," the WEF wrote in its report, *The Future of Jobs Report 2023*.
