Since 2018, the open unemployment rate (OUR) in North Padang Lawas Regency has shown an upward trend in terms of numbers. The four years following the Covid-19 pandemic, which began in March 2020, also contributed to the rise in the open unemployment rate (OUR) in North Padang Lawas Regency.
