9. Bali: 1.01 million people
10. South Sulawesi: 1.01 million people

Meanwhile, the province with the lowest number of BPJS Employment participants is West Sulawesi, with only 55,935 people. This is followed by Maluku with 161,397 people and Bangka Belitung Islands with 173,251 people.
