Current Food Prices in Bali: Chili Prices Up, Onion Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (22/9/2024) at 13:13 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are red chilies, iodized fine salt, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, granulated sugar, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), simple packaged cooking oil, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of skipjack tuna saw the highest increase of Rp530 (2.03%) to Rp26,610 per kg. The price of packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) saw the largest decrease of Rp320 (2.62%) to Rp11,890 per kg.
