Today's Food Prices (Dec 17) in Bali: Onion and Red Chili Prices Increase

Prices of several food commodities in Bali today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

According to data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Wednesday (17/12/2025) at 3:15 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 4 increased and 3 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices were Honan garlic, imported soybeans, broiler chicken meat, and curly red chilies.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as large red chilies, shallots, and red cayenne pepper decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Imported soybean commodity increased the highest by Rp417 (2.73%) to Rp15,667 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of large red chilies decreased the most by Rp1,278 (2.99%) to Rp41,472 per kg.

6. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp40,694 per kg (up 0.83%)
7. Honan Garlic: Rp32,722 per kg (up 0.77%)
8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp28,733 per kg (stable)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,819 per liter (stable)
10. Bulk Palm Cooking Oil: Rp18,208 per liter (stable)
