Latest Food Prices in Lampung Region: Chili Up, Salt Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Wednesday (26/3/2025) at 11:22 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 18 commodities increased in price and 5 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour, large red chilies, milkfish, shallots, and dry soybeans (import).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as table salt, farmer-level corn, premium rice, medium rice, and chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Large red chilies saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp6,321 (14.6%) to Rp49,615 per kg. Farmer-level corn experienced the largest price drop, decreasing by Rp387 (6.12%) to Rp5,933 per kg.

7. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp36,320 per kg (up 0.72%)
8. Mackerel: Rp32,556 per kg (up 0.65%)
9. Skipjack Tuna: Rp29,722 per kg (up 1.07%)
10. Chicken Eggs: Rp28,587 per kg (down 0.97%)
