Today's Food Prices in Jambi Region: Onion, Sugar, and Oil Prices Down

Prices of several food commodities in Jambi today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency's (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (12/11/2025) at 11:00 AM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 9 increased and 14 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include broiler chicken meat, SPHP rice, milkfish, medium rice, and dried soybean seeds (imported).

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as large red chili, Minyakita cooking oil, curly red chili, packaged cooking oil, and red cayenne pepper decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish saw the highest jump of Rp857 (2.76%) to Rp31,857 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of curly red chili dropped the most by Rp3,036 (4.75%) to Rp60,867 per kg.
