Today's Food Prices in Indonesia February 10: Red Chili Up, Oil Down

Several food commodity prices in Indonesia today were observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (February 10, 2026) at 14:23 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 1 commodity decreased.

Commodities that saw price increases include broiler chicken meat, broiler eggs, large red chili, shallots, and beef rump.

Meanwhile, only Minyakita decreased compared to yesterday's price.

Curly red chili had the highest increase of Rp1,700 (3.94%) to Rp44,800 per kg. As for Minyakita, it had the sharpest decrease of Rp100 (0.62%) to Rp16,000 per liter.

2. Red Bird's Eye Chili: Rp71,200 per kg (up 1.86%)
3. Large Red Chili: Rp46,200 per kg (up 0.22%)
4. Curly Red Chili: Rp44,800 per kg (up 3.94%)
5. Shallots: Rp43,100 per kg (up 0.94%)
6. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp42,300 per kg (up 0.48%)
7. Honan Garlic: Rp39,700 per kg (up 0.51%)
8. Broiler Eggs: Rp33,000 per kg (up 0.3%)
9. Packaged Premium Palm Cooking Oil: Rp22,400 per liter (unchanged)
10. Loose Granulated Sugar: Rp18,400 per kg (unchanged)
11. Loose Palm Cooking Oil: Rp18,000 per liter (unchanged)
12. Premium Rice: Rp16,300 per kg (unchanged)
13. Minyakita: Rp16,000 per liter (down 0.62%)
