Today's Food Prices in Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia: What is the Price of Raw Chili Peppers?

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta Special Region today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (8/4/2025) at 15:34 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include skipjack tuna, dry soybean (import), premium rice, medium rice, and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, milkfish, red chilies, packaged cooking oil, and pure beef have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Dry soybean (import) experienced the highest price increase of Rp42 (0.44%) to Rp9,560 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of broiler chicken experienced the sharpest decrease of Rp2,158 (6.14%) to Rp33,000 per kg.
