Today's Food Prices in West Java: Chicken Meat and Oil Prices Decline

Prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Staple Food Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Friday (21/11/2025) at 13.57 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 2 increased and 5 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are red bird's eye chilies and Minyakita (packaged cooking oil).

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as bulk palm cooking oil, imported soybeans, curly red chilies, broiler chicken meat, and large red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red bird's eye chilies saw the highest increase of Rp1,000 (2.26%) to Rp45,300 per kg. Meanwhile, large red chilies had the sharpest decrease of Rp2,000 (3.28%) to Rp58,983 per kg.

6. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp38,567 per kg (down 0.09%)
7. Honan Garlic: Rp33,450 per kg (stable)
8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp29,317 per kg (stable)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,408 per liter (stable)
10. Bulk Palm Cooking Oil: Rp17,732 per liter (down 1.12%)
11. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp17,542 per kg (stable)
12. Minyakita (Packaged Cooking Oil): Rp16,975 per liter (up 0.19%)
13. Premium Rice: Rp14,643 per kg (stable)
14. Imported Soybeans: Rp14,440 per kg (down 0.35%)
