Aceh Food Prices Wednesday, January 1st: What's the Price of Onions?

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at 12:06 WIB, out of 18 commodities, 11 commodities increased in price and 7 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include bulk wheat flour, garlic bulbs, skipjack tuna, SPHP rice, and bulk cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as dry soybean (import), milkfish, pure beef, chicken eggs, and broiler chicken decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Skipjack tuna prices surged the highest by Rp8,930 (28.74%) to Rp40,000 per kg. Milkfish prices decreased the most by Rp3,050 (8.02%) to Rp35,000 per kg.

2. Garlic Bulbs: Rp48,000 per kg (up 11.68%)

4. Red Chili: Rp45,000 per kg (up 0.09%)
5. Mackerel: Rp45,000 per kg (down 4.38%)
6. Skipjack Tuna: Rp40,000 per kg (up 28.74%)
7. Milkfish: Rp35,000 per kg (down 8.02%)
8. Broiler Chicken: Rp30,000 per kg (down 4.31%)
9. Chicken Eggs: Rp28,000 per kg (down 3.65%)
10. Simple Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp22,000 per liter (up 18.09%)
11. Bulk Cooking Oil: Rp20,000 per liter (up 13.12%)
12. Granulated Sugar: Rp18,000 per kg (down 1.26%)
