Food Prices Wednesday (Sept 3) in Bali Region: Red Chili, Sugar, and Chicken Meat Prices Rise

Prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (September 3, 2025) at 3:05 PM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include curly red chili, packaged wheat flour, shallots, Minyakita, and bulk cooking oil.

Meanwhile, prices for several commodities such as broiler chicken eggs, wheat flour (bulk), garlic, pure beef, and red cayenne pepper decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

The packaged wheat flour commodity saw the highest increase, rising by Rp273 (2.34%) to Rp11,955 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of dried soybean seeds (imported) experienced the deepest drop, falling by Rp239 (2.2%) to Rp10,625 per kg.
